Karen Peters
Graduated from London High School and Bliss College. She started working at Creamer Metal Products, Inc. in 1965 while attending college and continues with the company as President. In 1972, Karen and her husband Larry started Peters Photography and have grown that business to 3 studios. She has become a national speaker in photography field discussing studio practices and methods. Her expertise includes the systems that businesses need to run efficiently from customer service, record keeping, accounting, marketing, sales to finalizing and evaluating all statistics for profitability.
Larry and Karen have 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren and belong to the First Methodist Church. She served as Chairman of the the Board of the Madison Co. Chamber of Commerce for 2 years and is a past Chairman of the London Foundation and the Keystone Society of the Madison Co. Hospital Foundation. In 1999, she was honored with the “Bell Ringer” award for outstanding service to her community by the Madison Co. Chamber of Commerce. She was recently reelected to the Board of Trustees of the Madison Co. hospital for the third term.
Karen received her Photographic Craftsman Degree at the 2002 Professional Photography of America National Convention.
